15 reasons… Why our goals “should sometimes be put on hold”

15 reasons… Why our goals “should sometimes be put on hold”

1. Our brain is deluded into thinking that “we’ve achieved it” even though we haven’t started. Just saying that we want to get into medicine, want to lose weight, and people compliment us → The brain releases dopamine → We feel that “we’ve done it” even though we haven’t started.

2. It becomes “must show off” instead of “doing it”.
The more you talk, the more you fear questions from others.
From wanting to do it for yourself, it becomes a need to create an image that you are doing it.

3. Unsolicited advice may be discouraging.
Some people mean well, but say “it’s difficult” or “it’s not worth it”.
Listening to it too much makes our hearts waver even though we haven’t even started doing it seriously.

4. Wasting time explaining rather than doing it.
“How far have you gotten?” “Are you sure you want to do it?”
These questions take up space in our minds instead of taking the time to think-plan-start doing it.

5. Some people listen to compare, not understand.
If you tell the wrong person about your dream, they may not be interested, but use it to judge or put you down instead.

6. Our goal may be too big for their world.
Some people don’t have the same dream as us → They don’t understand, which is not wrong.
But if we listen to it too much May fall off your path

7. Dreams in the early stages are often fragile
Like a seedling that has just sprouted, not ready to receive strong winds
Don't let your goals clash with opinions from around you

8. Silence helps us to be flexible
If you want to adjust your plan, change your direction, cancel some parts, you don't have to explain to anyone
Don't be afraid of the words "Oh, you've stopped already?"

9. Silent success is often the most powerful
Many talented people "practice in the shadows" and "shine" when they are ready
Don't have to talk much...but it's really great

10. Save energy for action
Every word uses energy → Use that energy to take action
Because "talking too much" sometimes exhausts you before you start

11. Don't have to prove to anyone before proving to yourself
Some compliments are encouragement
But taking action is the most important test of all

12. Insults often come before applause
Speaking before the time → Encountering the words “Too much?”
Which may discourage us unnecessarily

13. Not everyone will understand your perspective
Some people use “their life frame” to measure your dreams
In the end, you may start to not believe in your own dreams

14. Words make goals just an image
But taking action will make goals “real life”

15. Dreams can be achieved…because you take action, not because you talk
You don’t have to announce anything to the world
Just “going quietly and making it happen” is cool enough

💬 Summary:
Keep your dreams in your heart, not because you have to hide them
But because we value them enough…to actually take action

📌 Share to remind
Or send to friends who are “dreaming too loudly, but haven’t even started yet”
